[dev] Creating tables

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the list to make this request but I am trying to 
figure out how to create a new Table in a text document. Specifically, 
I'd like to programatically create a new table, add a header row, add 
columns to the table, set the column sizes, add column titles, set the 
font sizes and then add rows.  I've figured out how to add rows to 
existing tables and set their styles but the Table creation process 
eludes me. I'm hoping it's simple enough someone can provide me with an 
example.
