Thanks for the heads up, I ran into the same problem and fixed it for the
latest version on:
https://tdf.github.io/odftoolkit/api/odfdom/index.html
If this solves the problem, I will ask Michael to copy the latest JavaDoc
to the odftoolkit.org domain.
A quick test worked for me! :-)

The reason for the problem was that ODFDOM has no module - the 'undefined'
in the module path - the 'undefined' was generated AFAIR with an erroneous
JavaDoc lib.
